Processing & Delivery Timeline

At Vesha, we ensure your favourite ethnic styles are delivered safely and on time.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery may take approximately 2-7 working days depending on the delivery pin code. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Details

Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be emailed to you on your registered email.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above 1500. Orders below this value will incur standard shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at myvesha2025@gmail.com and our support team will assist you promptly.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once your order is dispatched, cancellations will no longer be possible.
