At Vesha, we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Each order is eligible for a return or exchange only once.
  • Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Condition of Returned Products

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customers are required to ship the product back to our warehouse at their own expense, as reverse pickup services are currently unavailable.

Refund Policy

  • Monetary refunds are provided only in cases where:
    • A wrong product has been delivered, or
    • The product received is damaged.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only after:
    • The returned product reaches our warehouse, and
    • The product passes inspection by our in-house quality team.
  • Product inspection typically takes 1–2 working days after receipt.
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 working days thereafter, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
  • Vesha reserves the right to make the final decision in all return, exchange, and refund-related matters.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Minor variations in colour, print placement, embroidery, or fabric appearance due to photography, lighting, or screen settings shall not be considered defects or damages.
  • Misprints or colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products.
  • Vesha reserves the right to make the final decision in all return, exchange, and refund-related matters.

In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, customers must share the following through the contact details provided on our website:

  • Clear images of the product
  • Order details
  • Description of the issue

After review, our team will communicate the applicable resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement
  • Store Credit
  • Full refund
